Chocolate Mousseis a mousse recipe.
- chicken eggs 2 pieces;
- dark chocolate 100g;
- butter 10 g;
- a pinch of salt.
Chocolate is broken into pieces and melted in a water bath with butter. Let cool for 2-3 minutes. Separate the whites from the yolks. Stir the yolks well, whites the whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks.
Add the yolks to the chocolate mass and mix well with a wooden or silicone spatula. In three steps, add the chocolate mass to the proteins, knead well after each time.
Mousse is poured into jars and put into the fridge for at least 2 hours. Take out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
