Classic recipe cheesecake

You will need
  • For the cake:
  • - Cookies "Jubilee" - 250 g;

  • - sugar - 1 cup;
  • - eggs - 5 pcs .;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 bag;
  • - sour cream - 450 g
Crush cookies, add butter and eggs to it. Mix everything well. With the resulting mass put the bottom and edges of the baking dish and refrigerate for about 30-40 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, add sugar to it in a thin stream. Beat the mass for about two minutes. Then, continuing to beat, add the eggs one by one, vanilla sugar and sour cream - last.
Put the stuffing in the form with a frozen cake and put it in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Cheesecake does not need to immediately get out of the oven, soak it until the oven cools for about 1 hour. Then take out, let the cake cool and put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
