Easy Pill Reminder
It's normal to forget things, especially habitual things that we do everyday on autopilot. I can't tell you how many times I've wondered if I already put conditioner my hair. By running my hands through it I can usually figure it out; worst case, double-conditioning never hurt anyone. Not true when it comes to medication. I've often found myself asking my husband, "Did you just see me take a pill?" Since he fails to monitor my every move, what usually comes next is a debate (mostly with myself) about the dangers of double-dosing vs. the dangers of skipping a dose.
Now there's an easy solution to this problem: The Didit. (Tagline: "Use a DidIt!… So You Know You Did!")
I put this simple tool in the "Why didn't I think of that?!" category. It's basically a self-adhesive strip that has tabs to represent each day of the week. Take your pill, flip the tab down, and you never have to second-guess yourself again.
The Didit is reusable, so at the end of the week just flip all the tabs back and start over again.
