You will need
- Ingredients for 4 cakes:
- - flour - 450 g;

- - 4 tablespoons of olive oil;

Sift flour into a large bowl, pour in yeast and a teaspoon of sea salt. Add herbs, mix the ingredients. Gradually add some water and olive oil, knead the dough, transfer it to the work surface and knead it thoroughly for 10 minutes.
Lubricate a clean bowl with oil, lay out the dough in it and close with cling film or a damp cloth. We clean in a warm place - the dough should increase by 2 times in volume, it will take at least 1 hour.
On the risen dough we hit lightly with our fist to let the air out. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. We roll each part into an oval no thicker than 1 centimeter.Lubricate the baking sheets with vegetable oil, lay flat cakes on them and cover with cling film, pre-lubricated. Leave for 20 minutes to come cakes.
The oven is heated to 220 ° C. In each focaccia, we inject needles of rosemary, sprinkle tortillas with sea salt and sprinkle with olive oil. We bake the focaccia for 15-20 minutes, let cool and immediately serve on the table.
