Currant meat sauce for winter
- 0.5 kg of black currant;
- 0.3 liters of water;
- 5ст. l sugar sand;
- half hot pepper;
- on 1 h. l ground paprika, allspice peas and coriander.

- 250g of granulated sugar;
- 5ст. l apple cider vinegar;
