Name the columns. The first is a sequence number. Label it with the symbol #. The third is the price per item or service. Next comes the "quantity" or "qty" column. Write here the numbers, how many products or services will be needed to perform actions to repair or build a house.
Column number five is the total cost. Enter here the amount for all products or work of one name. To automatically add the total price, do the following:
- select the entire column by hovering the mouse over the top cell and holding the left button;
- press the right button to display a window with actions;
- find the "Format cells";
- open the first insert "Number";
- enter the "Number" or "Money" format.
Now, filling all the cells, you can display the total amount. Simply select the entire column and look for the Σ (sigma) icon in the upper right corner. Click on it to summarize all the values ​​in the desired column or row.
Place notes in the sixth column. Write here all the additional information. Where to buy the necessary materials, their size, color, etc. In what time frame the work should be done.To correctly display the text, do the following:
