How to make lemon sour cream

You will need
    • 1 lemon (and slice for decoration);
  • boiling water;
  • 2 cups of tea;
  • 4 tablespoons of honey;
  • 150-400 g sour cream;
  • powdered sugar;
  • zest;
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • 1 yolk;
  • 1 tablespoon of fruit confiture.
Choose a large ripe lemon with thin skin in the store, wash it and carefully make a few holes in the peel with a toothpick. Try not to damage the fruit's flesh! Place the lemon in boiling water for 3-5 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon. Thanks to this procedure, it will be possible to squeeze out the maximum amount of juice from one citrus, and it will be more fragrant.
Well mash the heated lemon in your hands, roll it on a hard horizontal surface. After that, it can be cut in half along the longitudinal line and squeeze the juice in a special manual or electric citrus juicer.
If you decide to use a universal food processor, it is recommended to first remove the lemon zest on a fine grater and remove the white bitter shell. Then cut the flesh into small pieces.
Brew 2 glasses of strong green or black tea, add 4 tablespoons of natural honey. Stir until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Cool the mixture by placing the container in cold water.
In a cold sweet tea, put 2 cups of fresh sour cream, freshly squeezed lemon juice and carefully beat the cocktail with a mixer until fluffy frothy. Immediately pour the finished lemon-sour cream into glasses and garnish the dish if desired.
A cocktail with lemon and sour cream can be beautifully decorated by pre-lubricating the upper outer edge of the glass with lemon juice and dipping it in icing sugar. Shake the dish lightly so that excess powder crumbles, and a light snow rim appears on it.
Cut a thin circle from a whole lemon (about 3-5 mm thick), make a small incision on one side and place the decoration on the edge of the glass. In addition, a few pieces of fresh or dry peel can be dipped into a lemon-sour cream shake.
Mix in a blender:
- water with sugar to taste;
- half a cup of lemon juice;
- 150 g of 20% sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- 1 cheese yolk and any fruit and berry confiture (1 tablespoon).
