How to make yeast-free pancakes
You will need
- 0.5 l. kefir,
- 4 tbsp. l sugar,
- flour (about 2 glasses),
- 3 eggs,
- vinegar table,
- vanilla on the tip of a knife,
- vegetable oil
Take a suitable size bowl and pour the kefir package there.
Add sugar, salt and 3 eggs. Beat with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Separately, sift the flour and add in small portions to the bowl, stirring constantly until the lumps completely dissolve. The consistency should be like that of thick sour cream.
Put the pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil and heat well. Spread the dough with a spoon in the pan. Fry on both sides until golden.
Instead of soda, you can add baking powder.
