A simple masculine recipe. Very quickly prepared, useful (almost all raw). You can use different fillings - experiment!

Cooking method:

Lavash is cut into 4 parts. Cut vegetables, herbs and cheese.

We take 1 part of pita bread, put slicing cucumber, tomato, pepper, greens. We add mayonnaise and cheese, we twist everything in a roll. Repeat with the rest of the pita.

We put on a dry griddle with a non-stick coating on medium heat.

On readiness we turn over.
