Thick soup "Forest"

Fresh white mushrooms1/2 kilogramGhee1 tbsp.Bulb onions1 piece (s)Garlic1 cloveCarrot1/2 piece (s)Parsley (root)1/2 piecePotatoes2 pieces)Canned beans1 bankBay leaftastetasteParsleytastePepper Peastaste

Well washed mushrooms pour 1 l of cold water and cook until cooked (35−40 minutes). Fry in butter finely chopped onion, garlic, carrots and parsley. Put vegetable frying in a saucepan with mushrooms, add diced potatoes, beans (without liquid), bay leaf and parsley. Cook for 10 minutes and use a blender to cook the cream soup or serve it immediately, without chopping.
