Pizza with a thin frying pan test- a culinary recipe for pizza.


for thin dough in a 24 cm pan:

  1. egg 1/2 pcs;
  2. flour 2.5 tbsp. l.;
  3. sour cream 2.5 tbsp. l.;
  4. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.;
  5. salt;
  6. vegetable oil for frying.

for the filling:

  1. tomato 1 pc;
  2. ham 50 gr;
  3. fried champignons 4 tbsp. l.;
  4. grated cheese
  5. tomato paste;
  6. You can add canned corn.


We mix all the ingredients for the dough, the dough turns out to be liquid.

Preparing the filling: cut everything, fry mushrooms, rub cheese.

Pour the dough into a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Lubricate with sauce / ketchup / tomato paste, lay out the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and fry over medium heat until the cheese melts (5-7 minutes).
