Potatoes with cheese and garlic
You will need
- For three baskets:
- - 4 medium potatoes;
- - 1 egg;
- - A slice of hard cheese;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - a few feathers of green onions;
- - vegetable oil, salt.
Peel new potatoes, cut them into thin slices. Pour some vegetable oil on the pan, fry the circles of new potatoes on both sides until half cooked.
Take a slice of hard cheese, rub it, mix it with a raw egg, chopped green onions. Chop the garlic in the garlic press, send to the cheese-egg mass, mix. Salt the filling to taste.
Take the metal or silicone molds for cupcakes, put the potatoes in them to make a basket. To do this, put the circle on the bottom of the mold and evenly distribute the circles around. In the process of baking, they are held together by egg stuffing.
Pour the stuffing inside the potato baskets, put them in the oven, cook for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve snacks and can be warm and chilled. Decorate the top at its discretion.
