Quinoa and Shrimp Salad

You will need
  • - 200 g shrimp;
  • - 100 g of quinoa;
  • - 100 g of green beans;
  • - 1 Bulgarian pepper;
  • - 1 tsp lemon juice;
  • - lemon peel, olive oil, fresh parsley, black pepper.
Rinse the quinoa under running water. Boil until cooked in accordance with the instructions on the packaging of the cereal.
Throw the quinoa on a sieve, rinse with boiled water, let the liquid drain. After that, cool.
Boil the green beans in salted water, strain through a colander, cool. Beans can be taken both fresh and frozen.
Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds with partitions. Cut into small strips.
Boil the shrimps in salted water with the addition of black pepper, peel, leave the tails for beauty, cool.
Mix all the ingredients of salad, season with olive oil and lemon juice. Put the salad in the fridge for 1 hour so that all the ingredients “become friends” among themselves.
