Cooking method:

Wash out the cabbage, dry it, remove the faded leaves and chop it into strips.

Wash the pork, dry with a paper towel and cut into medium-sized slices. Peel the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop greens.

Smear a bowl of a multivarki with oil, pour out onions, garlic, carrots and meat and fry in Baking mode for about 20 minutes. In the process of frying it is necessary to mix the products.

Then add cabbage to meat, add water, salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully and cook in Quenching mode for about 40 minutes.

Before cooking, add tomato paste to cabbage, mix and try on salt. If a little, then you can salt a little more.

Spread the finished dish in portions and sprinkle with chopped greens. Serve hot.
